  • 1-5 min: Scalping
  • 15-60 min: Day trading
  • 4H: Swing trading
  • Daily: Position trading
  • Weekly: Long-term

3-Timeframe Rule

Higher for trend, middle for setup, lower for entry. Example: Daily + 4H + 1H.
