Trading Corrective Patterns: ABC and Complex Corrections

Corrective patterns are where most traders lose money. Learn to identify and trade them. Flags and pullbacks inside trends, with the entries that respect them.

ABC Correction

The simplest correction: A (impulse down), B (rally), C (impulse down). C is usually 61.8% or 100% of A. Trade C by entering when B completes at 61.8% of A.
