Advanced Fibonacci Trading: Confluence and Clusters

Fibonacci is powerful but only when multiple levels cluster. Learn advanced Fibonacci trading techniques. Confluence clusters, retracement zones and combining.

Fibonacci Confluence

When multiple Fibonacci levels align from different swings, the confluence zone is very strong. Example: 61.8% retracement of swing 1 aligns with 38.2% retracement of swing 2 — this is a high-probability zone.

Fibonacci Clusters

Draw Fibonacci from 3+ swing points. Where 2+ levels cluster within a 10-pip zone, it is a key level. These clusters act as strong support/resistance.
